This module is used to store the list of customers that your company deals with including information about their contacts.
Customer Communication
This module allows you to effectively track and manage correspondence with customers including customer complaints, inquiries, surveys, and all resulting follow-up actions including CAPAs and Material Returns.
Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP)
The Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) module is a comprehensive tool developed to manage and track the APQP projects for new product development or process improvements. It is designed to efficiently create, execute, and track the necessary activities to run an APQP Project
Temporary Deviation Management
This module allows you to record and track process and part deviations and to collaborate with subject-matter experts on approving and verifying the completion of these deviations including recording consumed products tracking information.
Incident & Accident Management
This module allows you to record information about incidents including affected person details, injuries and illnesses caused by the incident, and any performed investigation and root cause analysis. Additionally, you can assign action tasks to members of your team to help investigate and remediate the incident.
Emergency Response Plans
This module allows you to document emergency situations and define plans to handle them. It also supports scheduling and performing plan exercises and recording their results to ensure corporate preparedness and compliance with ISO 14001 and OSHA's emergency preparedness and response requirements.
Management of Change
This module allows you to track and manage changes in your company including submission, approval, implementation, and verification. It organizes all activities needed to complete operational changes and secures regulatory approvals.
Job Safety Analysis (JSA)
This module allows you to assess hazards associated with job tasks, allocate control measures to mitigate risk and assign action tasks to implement recommendations, and evaluate the results of your response to risk over time.
Meetings Management
This module allows you to easily manage regular management review meetings by providing a centrally accessible repository for meeting records -including meeting minutes- and automating follow-up on action tasks and corrective and preventive actions.
Materials
This module is a repository of all the products and parts that your company uses with the ability to link the parts to the suppliers that provide them. These part/product profiles can be referenced from other modules, for instance, when you create a Corrective Action, you can reference a part or a product.
Asset Calibration and Maintenance
This module allows you to manage your inventory of Assets including issue and return tracking. It also allows you to track and record calibration and calibration activities whether done internally or externally. Additionally, it enables you to schedule and track asset maintenance activities to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
Miscellaneous Approvals
This module is used to manage and control any change or approval process by submitting a request for approval.
Return Material Authorization (RMA)
The module allows you to record information about returned materials such as receiving & inspection details, assign a disposition to the returned materials, and distribute action tasks to members of your team to perform the agreed-upon disposition.
Receiving & Inspection
The module allows you to manage incoming shipments including inspection of incoming raw materials.
Suppliers

Safety Data Sheets (SDS)

The module allows users to assign tasks to other users and to follow up on these tasks including optional verification/review after task is completed by its assignee(s).

Production Part Approval Process (PPAP)
The Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) module is a comprehensive tool designed to manage and track the PPAP submissions for production part approval or process validation. It facilitates the efficient creation, execution, and tracking of all required actions to ensure the successful approval of production parts.
Training Management
